Telecom Internal Project (via subcontract)

This project was developed for field collection agents of a major telecom operator in Indonesia. It was an internal application that enabled agents to manage billing workflows and monitor customer payment status. I worked on this project as a React developer between December 2020 and January 2021, focusing on frontend development. My responsibilities included implementing reusable and responsive UI components, managing application state using Redux, and integrating REST APIs to ensure seamless communication between backend services and the field interface. The work required close attention to usability and performance, as the system was used directly by agents in their daily operations. Due to confidentiality agreements, specific client information and internal features cannot be disclosed, but the experience strengthened my expertise in React, Redux, and modern frontend practices for enterprise-scale applications.
